CWD Sellier is the manufacturer of CWD Saddles. You may contact us during office hours (8am to 5pm) PST. We are unable to answer to questions outside of this time period, this includes weekends and holidays. Thank You for your understanding.

Before offering a used saddle for sale we do a full check of the saddle. We thoroughly check:

• Billets
• Tree
• Panels
• Flaps
• Blocks
• Seat

Once you receive the saddle you have a trial period of 7 (seven) working days to evaluate the saddle for your needs. If you decide that it is not exactly what you want, then you may return or exchange the saddle to us for a full refund of the saddle price, In case of refund there is a $50 restocking fee. There is no refund on shipping cost and insurance. When returning a saddle it is the buyers responsibility to insure the saddle for shipping. Any saddle lost or damaged in transit from the customer to CWD Sellier is the customer's financial responsibility.
